Max cape? A good idea, or a fan's comment..

Hey

You may have seen me in game, for all who don't know my name is Dan or Xtez, i usually afk @ home or im no lifing corp.

I wanted to introduce a new idea, a max cape to oraclescape. By a Max cape i do mean once trained all of your skills to 99, you can wear it.

Giving it +4 to every attack type, +11 defence bonus, +10 prayer and +4 strength, it makes it the strongest cape in the game, and in my opinion, the well deserved.

If i knew that you could get a max cape, i'd be playing the game alot more getting more and more 99's for me to show off!

But what do you guys think? Do you think this cape SHOULD be introduced? or to leave it as it would prob be a complete waste time.

Very true, maybe if someone can incoperate this into the game, skills like mining will go faster and more people will have a chance at the cape!

I'm all for it man, it would be awesome! but mining really needs to be faster, I mean it takes sooooo freaking long.

For sure, that can be an update with the cape.
